Starbond Microtips Extension Applicators (50 pieces)

Description

Starbond Microtips are specially crafted micro extension applicators that fit snug onto Starbond applicator nozzles (cone-shaped applicators that screw on the bottle). Microtips are essential for precision work, as they provide much improved control over the amount of glue applied.

• Microtips are ideal for hard-to-reach areas, hairline fractures, narrow slots, and delicate woodturning projects without making a mess.

  • Each pack contains 50 pieces of precision micro tip applicators. 

Tips: If the tips are clogged, there are two options: 1) Dispose of the tips and use a new one or 2) Drop the clogged tips into a jar of acetone for a few hours. This will unclog the tips for re-use!

We saw Eddie Priscott’s display at the Abingdon Craft Fair in November last year. We were immediately taken with a set of three stools that were made out of single plank of oak, with a natural crack in the wood filled with a blue resin. This colour matched some resin used in a piece of ceramic art that we had in our open plan kitchen-lounge. We asked Eddie if he could make the three seats into bar stools so that we could sit at our breakfast bar. He made new tripod bases out of metal, with rubber feet to protect our wooden floor. Then we asked him for a fourth stool. All of which was no problem. He and Hayley delivered them one evening, and we have been enjoying them ever since. We would thoroughly recommend him for his abilities, service and price, all of which were excellent.”
